Free Fun Year Round Saturday Morning

The fine arts in Polk County live in the Polk Museum of Art. Widely recognized as one of the ten best art galleries in all of Florida, the Polk Museum of Art offers something to appeal to every artistic taste. Outdoor gardens showcase permanent sculptures, while the indoor exhibit halls feature a permanent installation of pre-Columbian artifacts. The rest of the building is dedicated to rotating exhibits, including traveling exhibits and local arts.

A full schedule of events and educational opportunities make the Polk Museum of Art a destination for anyone who enjoys the fine arts.

Budget-savvy visitors can enjoy free admission between 10:00 a.m. and noon every Saturday.

Meetings and Conventions

Central Florida’s premier art museum offers a 152 seat teaching auditorium fully equipped for A/V presentations, a 25 seat library/boardroom and two fully equipped classrooms, all available for meetings.
