Surrounded by Florida’s Green Swamp and 850 square miles of watershed, the expansive and pristine land is home to the 260 acre family-owned, licensed, working game ranch specializing in wetland exotic species, Watusi cattle and Haflinger horses.

Visitors to the Safari Wilderness Ranch are strictly limited in number for preservation purposes. Tours are offered daily, but advance reservations are required to ensure your spot on the Safari.
About The Safari Tour
You choose how you want to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and observe the wild animals: while riding in safari vehicles, in horse-drawn carriages, or even on camel back!
Large herds of animals from Africa, Asia and the Americas make Safari Wilderness Ranch their home.
Hands-on activities, such as lemur and budgie feeding, are available and scheduled on a limited basis in order to protect the animals. Call ahead to check for scheduled activity availability.
Seeking a truly unique setting for your wedding, corporate event, family reunion, or special celebration? Enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view overlooking our exotic wildlife from our main events facility, the Safari Lodge. The two-story, 13,000 square foot, multipurpose agricultural building is perfect for events and even features a walk-through aviary and small mammals section located just outside.
Safari Wilderness Ranch is a Florida agri-tourism project and is accredited by the Zoological Association of America (ZAA) and licensed by the USDA.
