The Van Fleet State Trail, one of Florida's most rural rails-to-trails, is a 29.2-mile paved multi-use trail out of Polk City. Lakeland's Loyce Harpe Park Trail (formerly Carter Road Park Trail) features a mountain biking course and is a true off-road experience.
